Private and Semi-Private Training
(including sport specific)

Personal training is our most flexible and customizable option, which offers the opportunity to train toward very specific goals. You and your trainer set the schedule, the frequency, and the pace. Semi-private training is available for groups of up to 3; it’s a great option for siblings, friends, or teammates! Youth training is offered for young adults ages 13-17!

ALEX

Alex graduated from Ursinus College, where she earned her degree in Health and Exercise Physiology and competed on the Women's Gymnastics Team. Alex has a passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to educate and assist her clients in designing and crushing their fitness goals.

ETHAN

Ethan is a highly experienced personal trainer with a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. Specializing in kettlebell and barbell-based strength training, he understands the importance of proper form and technique and works closely with his clients to ensure that they are performing exercises correctly and safely.

Marshall

Over the following decade, Marshall has worked with youth athletes who are looking to improve their performance, and young adults who are seeking to improve their body and health. Marshall’s training philosophy is that since no two people are the same, and no two training programs should be. While some exercises will of course be used for multiple people, the reason for doing them may be different so that it facilitates the growth and development of the
trainee as best as possible.
