    Join Grand Master Ron every Monday at 6:15pm and Thursday at 12:30pm for a 30 minute class where you will learn safe ways to fall and prevent injury as well as brush up on previously learned techniques

  • Hapkido

    Hapkido has ancient roots in the martial art of HWRANG DO and is considered a soft style of martial arts as opposed to the hard styles that practice the use of force against force. It is a style that can be practiced throughout a lifetime.It incorporates stand up and ground grappling, striking, throwing, falling, and defense against weapons. The style taught at the NSDA Hapkido Academy was developed by Grandmaster Cha Sok Park, who was one of the original students of the founder of modern Hapkido, Supreme Grandmaster Choi Young-Sool.

This low-impact 45 minute class incorporates resistance training to build muscle and support bone health, while guided stretches and balance work enhance coordination and overall mobility. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to complement your routine, TBS provides a safe and supportive environment to help you feel your best and move with ease.

  • Total Body Bootcamp

    Get ready to challenge yourself in this high-energy, full-body bootcamp designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence!
