We Like To Start The Training Process Off Right
With A Complementary 60-Min Consultation.
Consultations help your FLEXX trainer customize an effective program based on your health history, current lifestyle, fitness experience, and goals.
You’ll have the opportunity to utilize the InBody Machine for a 45-second scan that provides advanced analysis of body composition including fat mass, muscle mass, body water levels, etc. by simply standing on the machine and holding its handles.
The InBody analysis helps understand your weight, measure your strength, set your goals, and track your progress.
Keeping Our Gym Safe During Covid-
We require everyone to wear face masks (when not working out) and to be screened upon entering
We disinfect our equipment regularly; wipes and sanitizer are easily accessible
We carefully limit gym capacity to maintain proper 10 ft distance between those exercising

Marjorie M.
Marjorie is a realtor who lives in downtown McLean. Her career is very demanding and impromptu at times, but in her spare time she likes to shop and practice pilates/yoga, and work with her trainer at Flexx.
“I enjoy going to Flexx. I am currently training with Ron but have also trained with Pasquale and Gina. All three Trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient. Each workout is designed to help me meet my goals . Most importantly they use their expertise to make sure my form is correct as to avoid injuries, which is so important. The gym/studio has all the necessary equipment and machines to provide a well rounded work out. It is immaculately clean and is a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I don’t feel lost in the crowd at Flexx Fitness as I did in most gyms and group classes. This individual attention is very important for me as it keeps me focused and accountable. I want to get stronger and more flexible and stay healthy and fit as an “active senior” .
