Building strength and confidence

Program designed to meet teens where they are and take their athleticism/fitness to the next level. Sessions will target strength, endurance, stability, and the ability to both absorb and produce force. At FLEXX, we train our youth athletes to be durable, adaptable and robust rather than simply bigger, faster, and stronger. The performance program features competency in the major movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull and trunk stability) to promote a well-rounded athlete. At the end of the summer, we want our teen participants to feel comfortable and confident with weight-bearing exercises and how they elevate their sports performance and overall health/fitness.
