Youth Training
building confidence, strength, and lifetime skills
Physical fitness is a lifelong process — it’s never too early or late to start. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, accessible, and encouraging environment for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Private and Semi-Private Training
(including sport specific)
Personal training is our most flexible and customizable option, which offers the opportunity to train toward very specific goals. You and your trainer set the schedule, the frequency, and the pace. Semi-private training is available for groups of 2-4; it’s a great option for siblings, friends, or teammates!
“Pasquale was a huge factor in getting me ready to play at the D1 level. I can’t thank her and the FLEXX staff enough. The facilities were amazing, the staff was great and everyone was so supportive. I can’t wait to work with all of them again soon.” - E. Wheeler
Open Gym/
Student Membership
We know how difficult it can be for kids to keep moving these days, and we are happy to be a staffed, safe setting for physical activity. We offer a deeply discounted student membership to allow access to open gym workouts.
“I am a freshman in college who has been home all year due to COVID. One of the few bright spots has been being able to work out at Flexx everyday. I have been working out at the open gyms nearly every day and now I am stronger than I have ever been before.” - A. Gupta
Youth Performance Program
Created and administered by former college athletes, our program is designed to meet youth athletes where they are, whether they're new to a gym environment or competing in sports at a varsity level.
